UKCI2020 has been postponed until 2021due to the COVID-19 crisis
We invite papers on all aspects of computational intelligence to UKCI 2020, which will be organised by Aberystwyth University, and take place in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales, UK, on 9-11 September 2020.
UKCI 2020 covers topics of both theory and application in Computational Intelligence. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

- Neural Networks
- Evolutionary Computation
- Evolving Systems
- Machine Learning
- Data Mining
- Cognitive Computing
- Intelligent Robotics
- Hybrid Methods
- Deep Learning
- Applications of Computational Intelligence
Call for Special Sessions
UKCI 2020 features special sessions consisting of 4-5 papers on new research topics or innovative applications.
Papers in these sessions will undergo the same regular review process as those in general sessions. Prospective organisers should include a brief statement of purpose of the session as well as the abstracts of the contributions.
20th Anniversary Celebrations
As this is a special anniversary of 20 years of UKCI, we are pleased to announce that this year there will be a number of awards to mark the occasion.
Outstanding Paper Award
UKCI2020 proposes to recognise outstanding papers sunmitted to the workshop through the UKCI2020 Outstanding Paper Award. Every paper submitted to UKCI2020 is eligible for consideration.
Best Student Paper Award
This award will recognise the best paper authored primarily by a student and presented by the student at UKCI2020.
Student Travel Grants
This year UKCI will offer 20 student travel grants. Eligibility for this grant is based on student papers submitted that are primarily authored and presented by the student at UKCI2020.
